Chances are you have a cousin, co-worker, aunt, a friend of friend who is a real estate agent.

When listing your home For Sale in today’s technology driven world, you need to choose wisely. Make sure you hire someone that has changed with the times. Just placing a sign in the front yard, a lockbox on the front door, entering the listing in the MLS System and praying to the heavens above that is will sell…is not enough anymore. It has never been.   • Do you have any reviews Online that I can read?
  • How much did the owners list for, and how much did they ultimately sell for?
  • What idea’s do you have for marketing my home?
  • How do you find buyers for my house?
  • Can you track what works and what doesn’t?
  • Can you show me homes that you sold this year?
  • How do you advertise my home?
  • Where do you advertise my home?
  • Do you use “Social Media? ” Which one’s and why?
  • Do you do Open Houses?
  • Do you use “Text?”
  • Do you use “Video?”
  • Will you be doing a “Virtual Tour” of my home”
  • What about helping me figure out what to do to get market ready. Can you make suggestions to us?
  • How will I know that you are working on selling my home?
