Residents who choose these luxury three to four-level townhomes will be able to walk to all amenities, the future town center, and VRE Rail Station. Brochure Prices start in the low four hundred’s and most homes price out between five hundred and six hundred thirty-five hundred thousand. They have a fantastic immediate delivery as I write this post with a golf course and pond view with a fourth level terrace priced at five hundred and eighty-eight thousand. It will not last long! Expect when the new lots facing the golf course are released spring of 2020, sales prices tend to spike in the spring market. You have heard the term location; location well Pulte has it! Pulte Homes is now quoting April/ May 2020 delivery with contracts written in November.
Beazer Homes, the newest builder to come to Potomac Shores, is offering Townhomes and Villas.
Pre-sales are active even without models! Their location will offer water-view for many of the townhome lots, which are not released for sale s as of the blog post. Resales will be a great option for spring buyers who need an immediate delivery home. All are five years old or less and priced from five hundred twenty-five thousand to eight hundred thousand. As a buyers agent who specializes in Potomac Shores, I for the first time see a shortage of homes for the upcoming spring 2020 market. Our relocating buyers are arriving late this year, and calls are just starting to roll in with househunting trips planned already for late November, December, and January.
